Zrównoważony rozwój to idea, która przyświeca konkursowi RTF Sustainability Awards. W konkursie wyłoniono najbardziej kreatywne i innowacyjne projekty, których rozwiązania architektoniczne uwzględniały wizję zrównoważonego budownictwa.
